Gin and Tonic, the classic cocktail has been redesigned by mixologists everywhere, from Barcelona to Reykjavik, gussied up with everything from Sichuan peppercorns to garnishes that resemble a trip to a salad bar.
But, we think it is best when staying true to its origin of simplicity.
Just use a high-quality gin (like Seagram’s 10 or Hendricks), some lime juice, and a nice splash of tonic.
It's really hard to mess this up.
A new drink on offer, the Gimlet is essentially a gin sour, it's an incredibly refreshing drink that is an appropriate go-to for any occasion.
Two ounces of gin, one part syrup, and one part lime juice. Shaken until chilled and frosty; a perfect complement to one of our delicious entrees!
We also have the Negroni, which might be the most perfect cocktail. Aside from being stylish and tasty, it is both an aperitif (appetite enhancer) and digestif (digestive aid), and available at all self-respecting bars.
What more could you want? It's pure booze stirred into a sexy red libation. It's hard not to feel like someone out of a James Bond flick with one of these in your hand.
Equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, it'll knock your socks off, so take your time taking it all in!
